As a member, you will receive a discount card good for a 10% discount on regularly priced books. You will also be placed on our mailing list and be invited to our special once-a-year in-store membership night. At this event, members receive a 20% discount on everything in the store.

Individual memberships cost $20.00 annually. Household memberships are $35.00.

If you'd like to become a member, mail us a check for the level of membership you'd like. Or you may use any major credit card. Call (612-821-9630) or fax (612-821-9631) with your credit card number and expiration date, name, address, phone number, and email address. Women Leading Through Reading

Amazon Bookstore was founded on the belief that all women—including women who struggle with reading—should have access to the diversity of women's ideas and to writings that tell truths about women's lives.

Amazon Bookstore has initiated a long-term effort to address issues pertaining to women and literacy:

  • Offering New Readers Book Groups for women
  • Maintaining a section of literacy materials
  • Providing volunteer training and placement
  • Developing women-centered accessible materials for book groups
